We are looking for trainees (f/m/d) to become service agents in aviation at Hamburg Airport (at the General Aviation Terminal - GAT). In combination with the dual school-based training, the apprenticeship offers a wide-ranging insight into aviation. The core areas of responsibility include handling business jets and to accompany our passengers from the moment they enter the airport, through baggage check-in, boarding and finally departure to their destination. Other areas of responsibility include flight planning/dispatch,lost and found, passenger handling, ticketing,handling large aircraft, and warehousing.
