About the opportunity:
We are working on behalf of our client who is looking for a People Operations Manager to join their team. In this newly created role, you will ensure smooth HR operations, focusing on administrative tasks, payroll, and employee documentation.
Key responsibilities:
* Overseeing HR administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and maintain high levels of employee satisfaction.
* Preparing employment contracts and handling all relevant employee documentation.
* Managing the complete onboarding and offboarding processes, including the preparation of confirmation letters, contracts and exit documentation.
* Overseeing the monthly payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely execution of salaries, and compensation in Germany, Luxembourg & the UK.
About you:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification is preferred.
* Passion for operational HR work with a strong people-oriented approach.
* Ability to work effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.
* Prior experience with payroll and HRIS (e.g. Personio, Workday), with the ability and openness to integrate and enhance HR processes.
* Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
