For our administrative headquarters at the Much site near Cologne / Bonn, we are looking for a
IT Application Manager / System Administrator (m/f/d)
(IT specialist, computer scientist, business IT specialist or similar)
Over the next two to three years, we will be replacing our existing ERP system with a new software solution. We are therefore looking for a committed individual with immediate effect to familiarize themselves with the current system, actively support the migration process and then take over support for the new ERP system.
As an Application System Administrator (m/f/d), you will be the central interface between our internal specialist departments and external IT service providers. You will act as an internal consultant (m/f/d) for the application software used and support the specialist departments in optimizing it.
What you can expect from us:
* Planning and implementation of internal and external requirements
* Coordination of collaboration with external service providers and internal specialist departments
* Administration and maintenance of the in-house ERP system
* Problem analysis, troubleshooting, optimization and ensuring regular operation
* First-level support, training of ERP users
* Key user support in various phases of the development process, such as technical conception, project processing, implementation, documentation and testing
What you bring to the table:
* Ideally a degree in business informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification
* Professional experience as a developer / programmer (m/f/d)
* High level of self-motivation and independent working style
* Strong communication skills across all modern media
* Knowledge of the iSeries/AS400 system is desirable
* Good knowledge of business administration
* Analytical mindset, strong team spirit and service-oriented approach
