About the position As Business Developer, you are the organizational backbone of our business development and work closely and directly with the CEO. You use AI and modern automation tools to optimize processes. In doing so, you act as a strategic mover and shaker at the interface between operations, business development, and the creation of offers and grant applications. Your tasks will include, among others: Operations & CEO support Workflow automation with appropriate tools (e.g., n8n) Coordination of our iterative workflow with Jira or similar Support for the CEO Business Development AI-supported market research Customer meetings for retention and market exploration of new business areas CRM maintenance and automation for lead nurturing Event management and marketing Organization of approximately 4-6 industry events per year Event CRM and follow-up automation Stakeholder networking Offers, proposals & funding Creating customer offers Co-developing and coordinating R&D applications Creating and coordinating pitch decks for customers Your profile Must-haves: Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics, or comparable experience Excellent writing skills – precise, persuasive, error-free Hands-on & structured – you get things done and automate proactively Personality: Digital native – AI tools are second nature to you Organizational skills – you maintain an overview in complex projects Strong communication skills – confident in customer contact Proactive – you recognize when action is needed and take it Why us?
