This position can be performed remotely, but requires regular travel to the racetrack.
Your profile
* Bachelor or Masters degree in a relevant engineering or mathematical discipline
* +3 years experience in F1, FE, WEC, IMSA or other endurance racing categories
* React under pressure when the unexpected happens (because it always does)
* have a solid understanding of car performance topics (vehicle dynamics, tires, aero, etc.)
* Ability to code in python/matlab (other languages would be beneficial)
* Time flexibility, absolute willingness to travel, especially on weekends
* You are able to work in a team and independently and you have a high level of commitment

Your mission
* Prepare, analyse and present race strategies before/during/after events based on the latest available information
* Collaborate across various departments relating to overall vehicle performance, simulations as well as tire performance
* Analyse live telemetry and timing data to shape race decisions.
* Manage pit stop strategies, fuel windows, and tyre calls.
* Run pre-race simulations and scenario modelling.
* Work side by side with engineers, drivers, and management to maximise results.
* Represent RaceOn with professionalism and energy—both in the garage and with the customer.
* Lead the development of tools for most effective visualisation and decision metrics. (python, matlab or similar)
