The Role You will lead all financial operations, manage the consolidation of company's international subsidiaries, maintain venture-readiness and support fundraising efforts. Financial Strategy: Build and iterate financial architecture for our Service-as-a-Software business model, and manage revenue recognition Financial Operations: Establish scalable accounting processes, incl. multi-entity tech stack to automate global consolidations, intercompany eliminations and real-time reporting KPI Management: Implement real-time dashboard for KPIs and critical unit economics (ARR, CAC, LTV, NRR, Gross Margins and Burn Multiple) Treasury & Cash Flow: Manage liquidity, burn rates, runway projections and currency risk International Compliance: Oversee multi-jurisdictional tax strategies, transfer pricing and internal controls to ensure audit readiness Strategic Planning: Partner with the CEO and leadership team on fundraising, board reporting and long-term financial forecasting Commercial Support: Partner with GTM team on pricing, unit economics and contract negotiations What We’re Looking For Proven track record of success as a CFO or senior finance executive in a VC-backed startup or high-growth environment Degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field; MBA, CIMA, ACA or ACCA preferred Extensive experience in fundraising, with a strong network of investors and a deep understanding of venture capital and fundraising processes Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with investors, board members, and cross-functional teams Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate future trends and challenges, and proactively develop solutions to drive business success Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Passionate about our mission and excited to contribute to the success of our company Why CONXAI Edge of Innovation: Be at the absolute forefront of AI in the construction tech space High Autonomy: Build a lean, automated finance stack from scratch.
