Key Responsibilities
* Analyzing, reviewing, and evaluating test requirements for EMS assemblies and telecommunications systems
* Developing and implementing test strategies in accordance with customer specifications using standardized test methods and tools such as ICT, Flying Probe, FKT, and Boundary Scan
* Transferring test systems, including program development and adaptation for external customers (EMS)
* Designing and optimizing test equipment to ensure efficient testing processes
* Preparing adapter construction (both in-house and external) and data preparation as part of test equipment development

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics with a specialization in measurement and testing technology, along with several years of relevant professional experience
* In-depth knowledge of the telecommunications and/or EMS industry and hands-on experience in multiple projects
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
* Strong customer and process orientation combined with strategic thinking abilities
* Creative problem-solving skills and a high willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
* Strong results orientation and a high level of commitment to achieving goals
