Overview Soho House Berlin is a private members’ club and hotel located in a listed building in the heart of the capital. It offers restaurants, a fitness studio, rooftop pool, in‑house cinema, and a spacious spa area. The hotel has 65 rooms of various sizes, 20 flats and four lofts. Key Accountabilities Leadership & Operations Oversee all daily F&B operations across the club, bars, and event spaces Provide strategic leadership to the Club & Bar Manager and Event Operations Manager Work in close partnership with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and service operations, including menu rollouts, quality control, and event planning Ensure all spaces meet Soho House service standards, ambiance requirements, and operational procedures Drive strong communication and collaboration across all front‑ and back‑of‑house teams Member & Guest Experience Champion the Soho House service ethos by delivering warm, memorable, and highly personal experiences Engage with members to build relationships and gather insights Elevate the food & beverage experience through consistent quality, creativity, and attention to detail Financial Performance Own departmental P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and revenue performance Implement cost‑control strategies without compromising guest satisfaction Identify new revenue opportunities through programming, events, and menu innovation Events & Programming Oversee execution of all member events, private functions, and high‑profile activations Ensure event operations are efficient, profitable, and aligned with brand standards Collaborate with culinary and membership teams on special projects People & Culture Recruit, mentor, and develop F&B leaders and frontline staff Foster a motivating, inclusive, and high‑performance culture Requirements / Qualifications 3–5 years’ experience in a busy high‑profile venue and a natural flair for first‑class service in a similar role Innovator and influencer with previous experience managing F&B operations Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships (internal and external) Strong attention to detail Excellent customer service Fluent in English Organised and reliable Ability to work and maximise relationships within a diverse team Computer literacy within Opera, Micros and Adaco advantageous Full understanding of local authority requirements Benefits 2 paid ‘Volunteer Days’ per calendar year (to support charitable causes) Every House Membership Monthly movie screenings in the in‑house cinema with current movies Monthly workout opportunities Weekly Yoga/Pilates classes 50% discount on our Cowshed products Discounts with external providers (corporate benefits) We would like to point out that we will store and process your data within the scope of the application process in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act.
