Intro This is an opportunity for a lawyer who’s passionate about IP, curious about innovation, and eager to have a seat at the table in a fast-moving, international business. You'll be part of a forward-thinking in-house legal team that supports a vast portfolio of brands, products, and marketing initiatives across multiple jurisdictions. Your focus will be on intellectual property - trademarks, design rights, copyright, and enforcement. You'll support brand and marketing teams on a range of IP-related topics and may also contribute to broader legal projects touching on product development, licensing, and regulatory matters. Tasks Advising on all aspects of trademark and design strategy, including clearance, protection, and enforcement Supporting marketing and brand teams on campaign activations, content use, and copyright issues Managing disputes, opposition proceedings, and working with enforcement partners Drafting and negotiating a range of IP-related agreements Keeping the business informed about relevant legal developments, risks, and opportunities Requirements Fully qualified German lawyer (Volljurist:in) with above-average exam results Minimum of 2 years' experience in IP, unfair competition, and/or eCommerce law—gained in-house or at a law firm Strong ability to manage and translate multi-market legal input into practical guidance Organised, commercially minded, and comfortable managing several projects at once Curious, hands-on, and proactive in how you approach challenges and internal collaboration Benefits Work in a diverse, international environment where legal plays a central role in business decisions Be part of a team that values collaboration, innovation, and trust Hybrid working model with flexibility and autonomy Competitive compensation, generous benefits, and opportunities to grow Closing If this sounds like your kind of move, we’d love to hear from you.
