Implement and optimize: Support configuration, rollout, and continuous improvement of M365 tools like Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Empower users: Help clients and end-users make the most of the Microsoft ecosystem through guidance, workshops, and best practices. Collaborate internally: Partner with solution architects, consultants, and project leads to ensure seamless delivery across projects. Stay curious: Keep up with evolving Microsoft technologies and new features across the collaboration stack. 💡 What you bring Broad understanding of the Microsoft 365 collaboration ecosystem. Experience working with tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Viva, Exchange Online, and OneDrive. Generalist profile comfortable working across multiple technologies rather than deep specialization in one. Strong communication skills and client-facing experience. Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work independently in a holocratic, low-hierarchy environment.
