Marketing Director DENS HUB
As leader of the DENS HUB Marketing Department, directly reporting to the General Manager and part of the leadership team.
DENS HUB consists of Denmark, Germany, Sweden & Switzerland.
We operate in 7 countries, as we ship to Austria, Finland & Norway.
You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :
1. Drive overall Brand Awareness of Sephora in all our Markets
2. Increase Traffic in both Physical / Online Stores
3. Develop and implement marketing strategy to increase market share and brand awareness through 3 main areas
FULL FUNNEL MEDIA
4. Develop and execute a holistic, data-driven media strategy spanning all stages of the marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion and advocacy.
5. Oversee the planning, budgeting, and optimization of all paid media channels (e.g., search, social, display, programmatic, video, affiliate marketing) to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets.
6. Lead the strategy for organic media growth, including SEO & GEO, content marketing, and influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
7. Implement advanced attribution models to accurately measure the impact of various media touchpoints and optimize spend across channels.
8. Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging media platforms to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
9. Lead campaign implementation across regional markets by coordinating asset localization, media planning, and activation calendars with local teams
10. Manage relationships with local agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure quality execution and cost-effectiveness
11. Close collaboration with the Digital team in regards of Performance Marketing
PR, INFLUENCER MKT & EVENTS
12. Lead and direct PR & Influencer strategies to ensure a strong presence and maintain relevance in all our HUB countries
13. Plan and manage sponsorships, branded events, and large-scale consumer activations, including strong activations for our network growth like new store openings
14. Develop event themes, content, and experiences that align with marketing objectives and target audience interests.
15. Oversee all logistical aspects of event management, from vendor selection and budget management to on-site execution and post-event analysis.
16. Implement robust measurement frameworks to evaluate event ROI, lead generation, and brand perception impact.
17. Explore innovative virtual and hybrid event formats to expand reach and engagement.
18. Craft and execute a proactive PR strategy that enhances brand reputation, drives thought leadership and secures high-impact media coverage in target publications.
19. Build and maintain strong relationships with key journalists, industry analysts, influencers, and media outlets.
20. Oversee crisis communications planning and execution in close collaboration with European headquarter, ensuring effective and timely responses to protect brand integrity.
21. Develop compelling narratives and messaging that resonate with diverse audiences and support overall brand positioning.
22. Manage external PR agencies, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and measurable results.
ANIMATION PLAN & PARTNER ACTIVATION
23. Define Annual Sephora Animation Plan as basis for Trade Marketing execution considering local requirements
24. Define and implement a comprehensive and aligned Marketing Plan with our Department Store partners incl. planning of joined events and/or activations in different locations (e.g. placements, visibility)
25. Align retail media invests into Partner networks with other streams (e.g. Digital, Offer)
