Position Overview: As a Help Desk Specialist, you will assist German-speaking customers with their inquiries and technical issues related to media streaming services. You will play a critical role in ensuring that users enjoy a seamless and engaging experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat for media streaming services.
* Troubleshoot technical problems, account issues, and streaming queries effectively.

Requirements
* Fluency in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
