Negentrix is an educational holding headquartered in Berlin, founded in 2022. We address the shortage of qualified professionals in the DACH region through adult education, combining vocational training with integration and language courses.
Among the founders of Negentrix are shareholders and top managers from SoftServe, one of the largest IT companies in Europe, and Zalando, the largest e-commerce company in Germany. This allows us to train specialists in full alignment with labor market requirements and ensures a high employment rate for our graduates.

We are seeking a talented Head of Process Automation / Business Automation Lead to join our team!
Requirements
* Experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, or Team Lead in IT or Process Automation;
* Strong understanding of business logic (HR, Finance, Sales, Document Management);
* Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban);
* Experience delegating tasks to development teams (including no-code / low-code);
* Systemic thinking and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements;
* Languages: Russian (native), English (fluent), German (intermediate – B1).
Nice to Have
* Experience with automation tools (Make, n8n, Airtable, Retool, Notion, Zapier, Google Workspace API, etc.);
* Experience building internal IT system architecture.
Responsibilities
* Analyze internal business processes and identify automation opportunities;
* Gather requirements from stakeholders (HR, Finance, Operations, IT);
* Formulate technical tasks and manage implementation within Agile frameworks;
* Lead a small cross-functional team (developers and no-code specialists);
* Define project priorities, timelines, and KPIs;
* Oversee IT system deployment and maintenance;
* Report results to the CIO and shareholders.
