Global Logistics Performance Lead Location: 10783, Berlin Department: Operations Position type: Full time, hybrid The role We’re looking for a data-savvy and commercially minded Global Logistics Performance Lead to elevate the efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of MPB’s international logistics operations. This is a high-impact individual contributor role, responsible for analysing logistics data, optimising courier performance across the UK, EU, and US, and delivering measurable cost reductions. You’ll be at the heart of our logistics ecosystem—turning complex data into actionable improvements and leading courier performance projects from discovery through to implementation What you will be doing Own courier performance data across all global regions (UK, EU, US) and maintain accuracy and timeliness of reporting. Transform insights into impact by identifying inefficiencies, reducing costs, and supporting informed decision-making. Analyse and model cost impacts using Excel, Tableau, and other reporting tools. Review courier contracts, invoices, and rate cards to uncover savings and anomalies. Deliver logistics initiatives end-to-end—from discovery and planning to stakeholder alignment and results tracking. Present risk assessments and findings clearly to senior stakeholders and teams. Solve courier-related issues (e.g. failed deliveries, late-in-transit) with structured problem-solving methods. Collaborate cross-functionally with Ops, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams. Monitor courier KPIs and proactively manage risks and escalate issues. Maintain documentation like the Courier Service Matrix and stakeholder updates. Track and respond to delivery-related NPS trends to support improvements in customer trust. What we are looking for Strategic communicator who can explain complex insights and logistics risks to senior stakeholders. Data analysis expert, fluent in Excel/Google Sheets, and familiar with Tableau or similar visualisation tools. Courier cost optimisation experience, with a strong understanding of rate card and contract analysis. Project ownership and delivery skills, with the ability to independently lead initiatives from start to finish. Commercially aware problem solver, confident in evaluating trade-offs and recommending business actions. Operational knowledge of how logistics impacts cost, customer sentiment, and NPS. Cross-functional team player, comfortable collaborating with multiple departments and external courier partners. Organised and outcome-focused, thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Language skills: Fluent English is required. German proficiency is a plus.
