In this role, you will build and inspire a regional sales team, drive execution of the European commercial strategy, and adapt plans to local market needs to deliver outstanding performance.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESLead commercial strategy and operational execution across the clusterBuild, coach, and lead a team of Hospital Specialists and Key Account ManagersDrive revenue, market share, and launch excellence across priority marketsLead local launch and lifecycle management in collaboration with Medical, Market Access, and MarketingDevelop strong relationships with infectious disease specialists, pharmacists, administrators, and national KOLsGuide local account planning and optimise resource deploymentUse data, analytics, and CRM insights to inform decision-makingEnsure compliant and high-quality customer engagement across all activitiesRepresent local needs in European leadership forums and shape regional strategyFoster a hybrid working culture with strong field leadership and digital engagementREQUIREMENTSExtensive commercial leadership experience in infectious diseases or related specialty areasProven success leading national sales teams and managing launches in the hospital environmentStrong understanding of European hospital systems, reimbursement pathways, and access processesSkilled in building high-performing teams across field and hybrid settingsStrategic mindset with strong execution, communication, and influencing capabilitiesProficiency with digital and remote engagement tools (e.g., Veeva, Teams)Ability to thrive in a matrixed, multicultural organisationIf you’re a results-driven leader who thrives on building teams, shaping strategy, and delivering impact across diverse European markets, we’d love to hear from you.At Syneos Health, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace.
