Country Manager - Germany (remote)

The company offers a wide range of products including: PV modules, Inverters, Batteries, EV chargers, Mounting systems from tier-1 suppliers.
Responsibilities:
* Achieve the sales and collection targets of all the products in the company’s portfolio in their region/country; usually high-volume buyers of buying and selling.
* To Carry out market prospecting and analysis to attract customers to create and consolidate a portfolio of high-value customers
* Achieve the sales and collection targets of all the products in the company’s portfolio in their minimum amount within their personalized customer portfolio
* Classify your customer portfolio in detail based on their contribution of value to the company.” The priority level should be based on classification
* Report to the corresponding manager the commercial procedures carried out on a regular basis and using the available tools (CRM, email) within the deadlines and procedures established by the company
* Build loyalty and personalized follow-up of potential customers
* Collaborate closely with both the sales team and the rest of the company’s team to achieve sales and collection objectives, promoting a good work environment. As well as follow-up of sales processes, pre and post-sale customer support and logistics processes
* Manage credit and factoring operations according to the financial, risk and operational criteria defined by the finance department
* Attend Events and, above all, Professional Fairs in the photovoltaic and electric vehicle charging sector
Profile:
* Education: Not required in terms of an specific degree; technical training will be appreciated
* Good command of English & language of the country assigned. Spanish will be very appreciated but not mandatory
* 2 years in PV sales or business development. Senior candidates will be considered too. Good knowledge of the country assigned
* Network in the PV arket is desirable
* Detailed knowledge of the technical and commercial characteristics of photovoltaic solar panels, power inverters, mainly lithium batteries, support structure, other components of a photovoltaic solar installation (main orientation for self-consumption). As well as brand positioning and photovoltaic market situation
* Working from home + travelling to headquarters in Spain (Valencia/Pamplona)
