Ihre Aufgaben:
* Application monitoring of critical services to ensure correct commercial and regulatory reporting
* Proactive identification of system issues via current monitoring tools
* Bug review and remediation if impacting system behavior
* Bi-weekly reporting of bugs and resolutions
* Response time and ticket resolution for end-user reported bugs (only if confirmed as bugs)
* No new features, only support
* Initially focused on 2nd level support (1st level handled internally by the client)
* Possibility to run product enhancements if agreed and budgeted separately
Ihre Qualifikationen:
* Experience in Backend / Frontend
* Knowlege in .NET 6 & .NET 8 (C#), REST API, GraphQL, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, Background jobs (Hangfire)
* Knowlege in React, TypeScript
* Experience Infrastructure, Azure, Helm, Kubernetes
