Your Prospective Job:
For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting as Quality Manufacturing Engineer (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg / Finkenwerder.
Your Responsibilities:
7. Support resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects
8. Define measurement standards to enhance process performance, product compliance, reliability, and repeatability
9. Support Quality Focal Points in new development projects
10. Support APQP deployment for Quality scope
11. Facilitate PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)
12. Support Quality solutions/technologies within new development initiatives
13. Support meetings and coordinate quality activities across sites and organizations
14. Ensure consistent application of process management guidelines in line with EN9100
15. Maintain and continuously improve the process referential (competencies, resources, documentation, networks)
16. Support Process Management Teams to improve process maturity
17. Assess and ensure effective implementation of process changes
18. Collaborative improvement of Airbus Business Process Management
19. Assure process adherence implementation and effectiveness
20. Monitor process performance, compliance, deliverables, and surveillance plans
21. Assure quality of process deliverables and process surveillance plan
22. Monitor process resources, performance indicators, surveillance plan, compliance etc.
23. Prepare and ensure process maturity assessments
24. Monitor action plans, risks, and opportunities
25. Integrate best practices and lessons learned
26. Conduct systematic root cause analysis (by PPS, 9S, Pareto, 5-Why, Ishikawa)
27. Support effective process implementation (communication, documentation, tools)
Your Profile:
28. Completed studies in Aircraft Construction, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or comparable
29. Several years of professional experience in Aircraft Construction, Manufacturing engineering, Process Improvement, Quality Management and FMEA
30. Good knowledge in Risk Management and Total Quality Management
31. User skills in SAP and Google Workspace
32. Skills in Skywise advantageous
33. Fluent English skills spoken and written
34. German and French skills is a plus
35. This position requires an english CV
