Details
Full-time, 38 hours/week, moderate travel, fluent German and excellent English skills.
Responsibilities
1. Manage the success of our projects and services in Application Performance Management.
2. Position and develop the portfolio in collaboration with sales, maintaining strong client and partner relationships.
3. Create and execute go-to-market strategies to attract new clients and maximize revenue.
4. Define market positioning to highlight strengths and establish us as a preferred provider of testing, monitoring, and inventory solutions.
5. Maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
6. Analyze market trends, innovations, and customer needs to evolve our offerings.
7. Manage strategic partnerships and implement business plans.
8. Lead the professional team and oversee service quality and development.
