Job Description
* Lead work streams on corporate finance services, encompassing M&A, valuation, business modeling, and due diligence assignments;
* Prepare clear client reports and other deliverables in English;
* Guide and coach junior team members to enhance their skills and expertise;
* Identify new business opportunities and pitch to clients with compelling solutions.
Requirements
* At least 6 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking or transaction services;
* Hold a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field;
* Relevant professional qualifications such as CFA, CAIA;
* Demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to identify business development opportunities;
* Fluency in English; French is a strong asset.
