Our client, a market leading Civil Construction Company are currently looking for experienced Construction Supervisors (CIVIL) to join a largescale Trench project in Germany. If you’re passionate about safety, quality, and leading Civil Site works from the ground up — this is your role.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and organize daily construction site operations
* Coordinate equipment and material usage
* Lead and supervise on-site teams and crews
* Execute construction plans effectively
* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
* Deliver high-quality results on schedule
Skills & Qualifications:
Several years of professional experience as a Supervisor
Experience in earthworks / specialist civil engineering / Piping/pipelines (especially PE - polyethylene)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Hands-on, solution-oriented approach
Professional spoken and written German & English
