The company works closely with clients on plasma processes and utilises laser-based analytical techniques to provide precise measurements. With a global team of around 550 employees, generating annual revenues of approximately 130 million EUR, the company operates from several locations worldwide, with four offices across Germany and its headquarters in Wettenberg. Your Responsibilities:
* You’ll play a key role in developing advanced equipment software based on a SECS/GEM-compatible framework using C#.
* You’ll work closely with customers, taking ownership of interface optimisation and adjustments independently.
* From time to time, you’ll support software commissioning processes, which may involve international travel (approx. 10%).
* You’ll maintain continuous contact with customers and service technicians, providing technical support and resolving issues efficiently.
* You’ll actively contribute to the design and implementation of innovative software concepts.
* You’ll manage version control and documentation to ensure a structured and reliable development workflow.
What You Bring:
* A degree in a STEM discipline or a completed technical apprenticeship with relevant professional experience.
* Strong command of C# in the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly with tools like Visual Studio.
* A solid grasp of hardware and measurement techniques—ideally with hands-on experience in semiconductor-related device development.
* A proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and programming languages.
* Confidence working directly with hardware and understanding of measurement methods.
* A good command of English, essential for collaborating in our international team.
