The Opportunity
Are you ready to lead a global enterprise sales team at a deep tech company that's redefining what's possible in the physical world? Our Digital Factory solutions transform how the world's leading Manufacturing and Automotive OEMs visualize, manage, and optimize their production environments—at scale. Having unlocked the key levers for 10x growth, we're now looking for a visionary Global Head of Enterprise Sales to scale that success worldwide. This is a high-impact leadership role with a focus on expanding our enterprise business particularly in the U.S. market. You will lead and grow a seasoned Enterprise Sales team across Europe and North America within a dynamic matrix structure, turning strategic direction into scalable execution and working cross-functionally to build a high-performing, results-driven sales organization.

How You Will Make An Impact
* Lead and scale our global Enterprise Sales team within a matrix structure, bringing structure, clarity, and a results-driven mindset to cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration.
* Execute our Go-to-Market strategy for the Digital Factory SaaS offering, focusing on measurable, repeatable success.
* Build and nurture long-term, trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders at global enterprise accounts.
* Work cross-functionally with teams such as Enterprise Professional Services, Market Intelligence & Strategy, and Ecosystem to continuously improve our offering.
* Elevate global sales performance by mentoring, coaching, and empowering your team to achieve ambitious targets.
What Will Help You Succeed In The Role
* Experience in scaling global enterprise sales organizations, especially within SaaS and/or digital twin technologies.
* A track record of executing Go-to-Market strategies in complex, technical B2B settings—not just shaping them.
* Deep experience in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial tech sales; familiarity with digital twin or spatial intelligence solutions is a major plus.
* Strong people leadership skills with a coaching mindset—you know how to motivate and grow talent across international teams.
* Experience operating in global, interdisciplinary environments, aligning across regions and functions with ease.
* Fluent English required; German is a strong advantage.
