Your Trainee Program Our structured program lasts 12 months (Full-time, 40h/week) and provides you with a 360-degree education in Performance Marketing: Deep Dive Marketing: Master general and industry-specific KPIs through intensive hands-on training. Campaign Management: Learn to set up, analyze, and optimize international campaigns, including Programmatic Media Buying. Multichannel Expertise: Gain practical experience in Email Marketing, Push Notifications, and Banner creation. Sales Interface: Work closely with our sales teams and learn how to acquire and manage affiliates successfully. Data Intelligence: Take responsibility for Data Quality Management and support our controlling processes. Global Mindset: Participate in country-specific trainings to understand and conquer diverse international markets. Your Profile Education: You hold a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Digital Affinity: You have a strong passion for the internet and ideally some initial experience in Online Performance Marketing. Analytical Mindset: You enjoy working with data, possess a good technical understanding, and take a proactive approach to your tasks. Personality: You are a team player with high emotional intelligence and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Languages: You are fluent in English (C1 level). Additionally, you have excellent proficiency in at least one other major EU language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Polish).
