YOUR TASKS:
1. You design, implement, and optimize marketing automation processes along the entire journey – from planning to booking, delivery, and optimization.
2. You work closely with our media, creative, and CRM teams to identify automation potential and develop smart solutions.
3. You independently manage campaign processes and develop rules, templates, and workflows for efficient control of our marketing activities.
4. You support the selection, integration, and further development of automation tools – with a critical eye, of course.
5. You bring fresh ideas for scalable and high-performing marketing communication across all relevant channels.
YOUR PROFILE:
6. You have a degree in marketing, communications, media, or a comparable qualification.
7. You bring 2–5 years of experience in marketing automation – ideally in an agency, tech company, or on the corporate side in media or CRM.
8. You have experience in automating planning or booking processes and are well-versed in digital tools, APIs, and workflows.
9. You think in a structured way, work hands-on, and find pragmatic solutions that work in everyday life.
10. You speak fluent German and English and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration.
