What You Will Be Working On We're looking for an exceptional Creative Product Builder/Lead to join OAO – this is not a typical PM role: End-to-end product ownership : Manage products from concept to delivery, directly collaborating with leading multinational clients Shape and own the product roadmap: Collaborate with commercial and engineering teams to drive product development and help scale our product Lead product quality: Define and track success metrics, gather user feedback and prioritize improvements Drive creative innovation : Translate user needs and complex enterprise challenges into intuitive and elegant solutions You'll work directly with our founding team and have the unique opportunity to prove that small teams with excellent ideas and AI amplification can punch well above their weight. What We Are Looking For We need one exceptional person, not ten good ones. Product builder (with AI), not just talker : Experience with shipping digital products end to end (Product Management, Product Design, or Founder/Builder background), and skilled building with AI. Creative problem solver : Experience with creative problem solving professionally and/or personally (through side-gigs). Design appreciation : Strong aesthetic eye and appreciation for elegant, user-centered design. Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment : Excel where the map is being drawn as you go – be curious, proactive, and driven in a small team that relies on you. Strong communicator : You will directly work with senior client counterparts – excellent communication in English is key.
