We’re KauSchlau, a healthtech startup on a mission to change the way people deal with bruxism & TMJ disorders. Our social media is our main B2C channel and the key to building our brand – and that’s where you come in.
Your Profile:
* You already have professional experience in social media management or a related marketing field (internship, working student, or full-time)
* You have an active personal social media presence, use Instagram & TikTok daily, and spot trends before others do
* You are currently a Master’s student in a business-related field at a recognized business school (Marketing, Management, Communication…)
* You are available for at least 6 months, starting mid-October 2025
* You are creative, curious, and eager to learn – ready to take full ownership from Day 1
* You are comfortable working independently and proactively
* You have strong communication skills
* You bring skills in video editing and design tools (Canva or similar)
* You have an interest in health or wellbeing topics (bonus)
Your Responsibilities:
* Plan, create, and publish engaging content for Instagram & TikTok
* Develop and implement a clear social media marketing strategy
* Manage KauSchlau’s social media accounts on a daily basis (posting, monitoring, responding to comments/messages)
* Spot trends early and translate them into creative content ideas for our brand
* Produce and edit short-form videos and visuals (Reels, TikToks, carousels, stories, graphics)
* Track performance (reach, engagement, growth) and prepare simple reports
* Suggest bold, creative ideas and test new content formats
* Represent KauSchlau’s voice consistently across all channels
* Occasionally support other marketing-related tasks beyond social media – always within the marketing field
