Your expertise helps implement the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), build agile teams and structures, optimize value flow, and increase effectiveness in software development and product innovation.Implement and optimize: You implement agile practices and processes in complex projects to foster team collaboration and shorten time-to-market for innovative products.Train and coach: Convey agile knowledge to employees and managers, embedding agile principles through training and coaching.Eliminate impediments: Recognize challenges and bottlenecks in agile processes and develop and support the implementation of solutions.Focus on improvements: Monitor the success of agile initiatives to drive continuous improvement and ensure sustainable change.YOUR PROFILESolid knowledge: You hold a degree in computer science, business informatics, vehicle technology, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification, with solid knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and its application, lean-agile principles, DevOps, and Continuous Delivery, as well as experience with agile project management tools and ALM software (e.g., Jira, Rally, VersionOne, Codebeamer).SAFe experience: Proven experience as a SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC), Release Train Engineer (RTE), or similar roles, plus experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master is advantageous.Customer focus: Excellent communication skills in conveying complex technical concepts clearly and building trusting relationships with clients and internal teams.Flexible team player: High adaptability and ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams.Language skills: Very good German and good English skills.Our promise: You will feel comfortable with us!
