What you will do
As our new Future Talent – Services Sales Specialist you will:
1. Learn how to manage customer relationships from a services perspective
2. Understand the customer needs through proactive continuous customer diagnosis
3. Learning about account management. Create, implement, and follow up quality and account plans in line with customer and Account teams
4. Learn how to identify sales opportunities, create solution and fact-based value proposals, negotiate and close deals and drive growth of profitable service contracts
5. Understand internal interfaces of a global company
6. Learn how to support resolution of technical issues and issue management, especially for communication with customers
7. Be an integrated member of the services sales team

8. You have a bachelor’s or master’s Degree in field of Engineering, Business administration or equivalent (Graduated 2025-2026)
9. It is possible that you have experience working in the food industry or other technical area
10. You are fluent in English and German, written and spoken
11. You have good communication skills, written and spoken
12. You are a dynamic person able to build successful relations with stakeholders from different cultures
13. You have analytical skills but also business oriented
14. Previous international studies/experience are considered an advantage
