Trainee in Retail
You will be employed full-time from the start, without probationary pay or light work. We expect you to take on responsibility and as part of the team not only learn new things but also contribute new ideas.
During your 3-year training period, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in various areas such as shelving, product presentation, baking, cashiering, quality control, inventory management, customer service and personnel deployment planning.
Your Tasks
* In your 1st and 2nd training phases, you will get to know the workflow in Lidl stores, adhere to our quality, freshness and cleanliness standards and assist our customers with their purchases.
* You will continuously develop your specialist knowledge through training and trainee projects and can further expand your skills.
* In your 3rd training phase, you will lead your first shift and create personnel deployment plans for various functions.
