MM Flowers is looking for a Technical & Quality Manager to join our site leadership team and play a key role in ensuring excellence across our operations.
Full-time: 40 hours (Monday–Friday)
️ German & English essential
Lead audit readiness and support customer audits & visits
✔️ Support complaint investigations and root cause analysis
✔️ Proven experience in a Technical/Quality Manager role (FMCG, food, horticulture, or fresh produce preferred)
Strong audit, compliance, and quality systems expertise
Fluent in German and English
