About the position We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead to own Mindspace’s marketing strategy and execution across all German locations (Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt, and Düsseldorf). You’ll lead a marketing team, build a 360° plan, run it end-to-end, monitor results, and continually optimize to hit company KPIs. What you’ll do Own the Germany marketing plan & budget: Build, execute, measure, and iterate a holistic strategy across digital and offline channels - spanning online ads, lifecycle marketing, PR, influencers, online media, partnerships, OOH, local activations, and events. Drive brand awareness: Elevate Mindspace’s brand presence across all cities and audiences. Lead go-to-market for new sites: Market analysis, positioning & messaging, launch plans, timelines, and budgets. Generate qualified demand: Deliver pipeline for locations, products, and services; partner closely with Sales on targets and funnel health. Manage vendors & partners: Brief, select, and oversee agencies and outsourced freelancers. Activate the ecosystem: Host and attract flagship events, conferences, and tradeshows that bring the right audiences into our spaces. Create compelling collateral: Sales enablement, decks, campaigns, videos, demos, and localized assets. Be a cross-functional connector: Work closely with Germany leadership and Mindspace HQ stakeholders to align goals, messaging, and measurement. Experience & minimum qualifications 5 years in marketing roles - must (experience with luxury brands or startups is a plus). Proven experience in people management - must. Fluent German and English (written & spoken) - must. Experience in online advertising and lead generation campaign management — must. Bachelor’s degree — must. Willingness to travel between Mindspace locations. Familiarity with CRM/marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) - plus Critical Competencies for Success: You drive from concept to completion, owning the definition and execution of programs, processes, and deliverables. You understand business dynamics, including strategy, revenues & costs, value proposition, sales pipeline, competition, and differentiation You know how to push a team to success, motivating people while driving focus, pace, and results. A problem solver – you are a highly resourceful thinker who can provide insightful, innovative solutions. You have strong interpersonal skills and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Using technology in your work is easy for you – including Salesforce, HubSpot, Data analytics tools, task management tools, etc. Mastering a new tool takes you no time You're a strong team player who is also capable of working independently in an effective manner You're excited about Mindspace after doing your research on who we are and what we do Please submit your application in English
