The Role This is an opportunity for you, an ambitious and intrinsically motivated Senior Marketing Manager, to work in a small and value-driven company. In this role, you'll work directly with and report to our Head of Growth Marketing, while collaborating closely with our CRM and Business Development teams. We're in a growth phase and have seen early success expanding through digital channels in Germany. We're now focused on scaling our efforts there, while also planning to extend these strategies to Switzerland, where we already operate, and to new markets like Italy. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can navigate the complexities of market research, segmentation, and customer insights, while executing campaigns that drive business growth.
