Health & Safety Supervisor (SHE Supervisor) (m/f/d)

A global leader in energy infrastructure technology is delivering large-scale high-voltage power cable projects across Germany. We are seeking a Health & Safety (SHE) Supervisor to drive a strong safety culture across our construction sites.
Role Overview
In this position, you will ensure that health, safety, environmental, and sustainability (SHE) standards are effectively implemented during the transportation, installation, and commissioning of high-voltage cable systems. You will work closely with contractors, clients, and project teams to safeguard people, assets, and the environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise and guide project teams on SHE policies, compliance, and best practices
* Identify, assess, and help mitigate HSE risks throughout the project lifecycle
* Ensure required permits, authorizations, and SHE documentation are in place
* Coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders on SHE objectives and communication
* Monitor contractor and third-party SHE performance; ensure adherence to the project safety management plan
* Report on SHE performance to the SHE Manager; track non-conformances
* Organize safety training, participate in audits, and attend safety meetings
Required Qualifications
* Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
* 3+ years of experience in SHE supervision on construction projects
* Completed recognized safety education/certifications
* Proficient in MS Office
