Tasks Technical and disciplinary leadership of team members Monitoring and analysis: Regular inspection and monitoring of equipment and tools Troubleshooting and problem solving: Identifying and resolving technical problems to ensure operational readiness and reliability of equipment and tools Planning, coordination, and execution of repairs and maintenance Documentation and validation: Creating and maintaining documentation for mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components, as well as validating spare parts for equipment and tools Spare parts management: Managing, storing, and ordering spare parts Applying Lean principles and driving continuous process improvement Optimization and modification of equipment in coordination with ME Support and R&D Planning and management of projects within the area of responsibility Supporting NPI in the development, construction, and modification of equipment and tools Profile Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Production Engineering, or Industrial Engineering At least 5-7 years of professional experience in the maintenance or technical support of production facilities including at least three years of management experience in this area Strong technical expertise in mechanics, electrical engineering, and control systems for production facilities Experience with ERP and MES systems and Lean methods (TPM desirable) Familarity with quality management and safety standards (ISO, HSE) Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, and fluency in English Additional qualifications such as REFA Maintenance Manager, CMRP, Six Sigma, or Lean Expert are desirable.
