About the Role
Our client, a prominent European Institution located in Luxembourg Kirchberg, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their Financial Operations department. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage administrative tasks, coordinate meetings, and maintain accurate records.
Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative assistance to the division, including handling administrative coordination, organizing meetings, preparing briefing papers, and finalizing documents. Additionally, they will be expected to keep statistics up-to-date, monitor procedures, and cooperate with other Assistants and members of the Department.
Key Accountabilities:
- Coordinate the activity of the division
- Organize meetings and appointments
- Prepare briefing papers for meetings and business trips
- Finalize, distribute, and file documents prepared by the staff of the division
- Maintain accurate records and statistics
- Collaborate with other Assistants and team members
