Job Description
1. Lead the development and implementation of software for battery management systems (BMS) for high-voltage, 48V, and 12V automotive applications
2. Architect and design complex device drivers for BMS integrated circuits (ICs)
3. Ensure and drive functional safety according to ISO 26262 standards across projects
4. Serve as a key technical contact for OEMs and Tier-1 customers, managing customer-facing interactions and technical presentations
5. Provide technical leadership in AUTOSAR-based software architectures and solutions
6. Guide and mentor engineering teams, support customer projects, and deliver technical consulting
Qualifications
7. Extensive experience in automotive software development, with a focus on battery management systems
8. Deep expertise in AUTOSAR and functional safety (ISO 26262)
9. Proven track record in developing complex device drivers for BMS ICs
10. Significant experience in customer-facing roles with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers, ideally in international environments
11. Excellent communication skills in English and German
12. Strong leadership, mentoring, and customer orientation
