EPC Legal Counsel (m/f/d) - Frankfurt

Your Responsibilities
* Provide legal support for national and international EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) and plant‑engineering projects
* Draft, review, and negotiate engineering, construction, and maintenance agreements
* Manage and track warranty claims, variations, and change orders
* Handle corporate housekeeping and general corporate governance topics
* Support commercial contracts, including raw‑material/product supply agreements, licensing, and cooperation agreements
* Interpret and prepare guidance on ESG‑related regulatory requirements, including CO₂ footprint and sector‑specific regulations
* Develop contractual standards, templates, and playbooks to support project teams
Your Profile
* Full legal qualification with two state exams completed.
* 2+ years of relevant experience in an in‑house legal department or a law firm.
* Experience working with EPC, plant construction, engineering, or industrial project contracts.
* The ability to translate technical and commercial concepts into clear legal language.
* A solution‑oriented mindset with strong structuring, drafting, and communication skills.
* The motivation to contribute to the growth of a business in a fast‑developing, technology‑driven market
* Excellent analytical skills, reliability, flexibility, and a collaborative working style
* Business‑fluent German and English; confident using MS Office; initial experience with Legal Tech is a plus
