Head of Sales (AdTech & Mobile Performance Marketing) – Remote or Onsite REPLUG is a leading mobile app marketing agency helping apps scale through App Store Optimization, Paid Acquisition, Performance-based advertising and Creative Strategy. We work with top brands and ambitious startups, providing data-driven strategies, hands‑on expertise, and a no‑BS approach to growth. We are hiring a Head of Sales AdTech, someone who can close deals and build the full sales engine with us. This role is the foundation of our future sales department. You’ll start as a senior solo contributor, working closely with one of the founders, proving traction, and growing the team as the pipeline and revenue scale.
