Lead the design, implementation, and integration of Salesforce solutions within AXA Germany. Strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to challenge and optimize integration processes. Develop scalable, robust, and secure Salesforce architecture tailored to business needs. Design integration strategies with internal systems, including custom-built CRM solutions. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices. Lead the implementation of integration layers to streamline data flow between systems. Provide technical guidance to developers, and consultants. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Collaborate with the Salesforce CoE to ensure governance and operational efficiency. Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect. Good understanding of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Local candidates preferred. Remote flexibility may be considered after initial onboarding. German speaker preferred, but not mandatory.
