Facility Operations TechnicianWe seek a skilled technician to manage and maintain our facilities infrastructure. This role involves performing routine maintenance tasks, monitoring systems, and ensuring optimal service delivery to our clients.Duties:Maintain critical facility components through regular preventative checks and repairs.Operate and monitor Building Monitoring Systems (BMS), responding to alarms as per standard operating procedures.Support senior staff in higher-level repairs and maintenance activities.Vendor Coordination:Collaborate with vendors to ensure maintenance activities meet company standards.Coordinate work order approvals for service providers on routine maintenance work.Site Administration & Incident Support:Perform site logs for permits, such as Maintenance Operation Protocol (MOPs) and scripts.Work Orders & Additional Projects:Complete work requests and circuit installations according to established procedures.Collaboration:Collaborate with team members to resolve facility incidents.To succeed, you will need the following qualifications and knowledge:Relevant vocational training or degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or similar field.Ability to perform independent tasks, including self-monitoring and quality control.Fluency in English, both spoken and written.Proficiency in MS-Office.Willingness to learn and participate in further education and training is essential.This position offers a competitive salary range of 40,000 - 60,000 euros per year, commensurate with experience.We encourage applicants who are eager to take on new challenges and contribute to our organization's success.
