Key Responsibilities:
✅ IT Infrastructure & Security: Manage servers, networks, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity to ensure secure and reliable IT operations.
✅ Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop an IT support team, ensuring high performance and service quality.
✅ Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Oversee IT helpdesk operations, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
✅ Cloud & Software Management: Maintain enterprise software (ERP, CRM, SaaS tools) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
✅ Project Management: Plan and execute IT projects, upgrades, and system implementations using Agile/ITIL methodologies.
✅ Vendor & Budget Management: Manage IT procurement, negotiate vendor contracts, and oversee IT budget allocation.
✅ Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure IT policies comply with industry regulations (GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.).
✅ Innovation & Strategy: Develop and implement new technology solutions to improve efficiency and business operations.
