🎯 Your Mission

We’re looking for a Working Student in Technical Project Management / Renewable Energies who supports the coordination of utility-scale PV plant projects. You assist in keeping timelines, budgets, and quality on track, contribute to smooth project execution, and help align stakeholders to successfully bring PV plants from planning to construction.

🧩 What You’ll Do

• Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation, including technical specifications, templates, and reports.
• Ensure project deliverables adhere to established templates and quality standards.
• Support project managers in coordinating with clients, vendors, and team members to resolve queries and align project goals.
• Collaborate with the engineering and development teams to prepare documentation and reports for project registration and compliance.
• Provide assistance during the preparation of technical tenders, including drafting proposals and organizing related documents.
• Assist in inspecting project deliverables for accuracy, ensuring they align with project requirements and specifications.
• Track project schedules, deadlines, and tasks using project management tools.
• Contribute to the creation of concepts and strategies for IT-related projects based on client needs and technical capabilities.
• If required, assist in site visits to gather data or provide on-ground project support.

👤 What You Bring

• Technical background, ideally in electrical engineering;
• High level of execution quality;
• Good communication skills (fluent in English and German);
• Ability to problem solve both personnel issues and project issues;
• Good record keeping and organizational skills;
• Ability to travel regionally, depending on project location.
