Responsibility:
1. Create & follow the status of the PR/BR approval, regular feedback and escalate unusual problems.
2. Be responsible for resolving difficulties existing in the process, such as PR/BR entering, invoices, acceptance and payment.
3. To supervise the implementation of the various business departments and drive the continuous improvement of business.
4. Be responsible for training of relevant business processes. To guide BU requestors’ PR/BR applications and check payment documents.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, good Germany/English Language ability including listening, speaking, reading and writing and at working-level proficiency; Mandarin language is a big plus.
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in indirect procurement of similar industries. Prefer Automotive industry or Supply Chain or Engineering background.
3. Strong procurement sense and logic, strong sense of internal control, strong sense of goal and responsibility and serious attitude to work.
4. Proactive, adaptable, honest, good communication and connection skills, excellent ability of understanding and execution. Familiar and adaptive to the fast-paced environment of an IT company, open-minded and fast learner.
