Your future role:

Supply chains have been affected by severe disruptions over the past years. Combined with geopolitical tensions and economic challenges in many industries supply chains can severely limit the commercial success for an organization or be a key enabler and competitive differentiator for success. As companies across various industries modernize their IT infrastructure and rethink business processes, the integration of supply chain operations with enterprise resource planning (ERP) becomes increasingly important. Many companies have realized over the past five years that an efficient supply chain is critical to business operations.

SAP is a leader in the Supply Chain Management software market, offering a comprehensive portfolio of solutions that improve supply chain resilience, powers the journey towards more autonomous supply chains, and facilitates network supply chain orchestration with the SAP Business Network. SAP’s Supply Chain Management (SCM) portfolio provides integrated solutions designed to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. The portfolio includes applications for design, planning, manufacturing, delivery, asset operations, and network collaboration. With features such as real-time data analytics, advanced logistics management, and integration capabilities, SAP's SCM solutions facilitate the connection of processes, contextual decision-making, and effective collaboration within business ecosystems. In addition, SAP’s Business AI, built into supply chain processes, allows customers to transform their supply chains with AI-driven insights, recommendations, and automation.

We are seeking a motivated Product Marketing Associate / Consultant (f/m/d) within the Supply Chain Management Line of Business. This role is a great opportunity for an early-career professional with strong communication skills, creativity, and a passion for marketing content and storytelling to directly contribute to the success of SAP’s supply chain portfolio. You will gain exposure to global go-to-market activities, content development, and cross-functional collaboration while building the foundation for a career in product marketing.

What youll build:

1. Support the development of compelling solution and product messaging and content to demonstrate the value of SAPs Supply Chain Management Portolio.
2. Contribute to the creation of content assets including blogs, presentations, customer-facing collateral, case studies, and social media postings.
3. Assist the team in preparing materials for customer and partner engagements, SAP events, and webinars.
4. Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and feed insights into positioning and campaign development.
5. Help coordinate go-to-market activities, including campaign planning and execution in collaboration with global marketing and sales teams.
6. Learn to analyze content performance (engagement metrics, digital KPIs) and contribute to recommendations for content optimization.
7. Partner with stakeholders to collect customer success stories and collaborate on storytelling formats to drive awareness and adoption.
8. Contribute to project management tasks for marketing initiatives, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
9. Translate insights into compelling recommendations and actionable strategies.
10. Independently create high-quality presentations and reports to communicate findings and proposals to leadership.
11. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to gather input, validate assumptions, and support decision-making processes.
12. Collaborate closely with other product marketing colleagues across supply chain and business network solutions to ensure portfolio-wide consistency in messaging.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who are highly motivated by the opportunity to identify critical trends, technology innovations and partnerships and to translate business requirements in solution capabilities – and thereby making a real and tangible difference for our customers

What you bring:

13. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
14. First professional experience (internships or 1–3 years) in product marketing, content marketing, strategy, or related business roles, ideally in technology or B2B environments.
15. Strong storytelling and communication skills with an ability to capture complex topics in a clear, engaging way.
16. Creative thinker with an interest in content creation (written, visual, or digital formats).
17. Analytical mindset and willingness to learn how to evaluate KPIs and translate data into actionable insights.
18. Familiarity with digital collaboration, presentation, and productivity tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, data visualization and AI creation tools, or content publishing systems).
19. Ability to work in an international, cross-functional team environment with strong collaboration skills.
20. Resilient self-starter who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow into a product marketing career.
21. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
