About the Role : The Associate / Investment Manager will play a key role in supporting the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of real estate investments across Germany, with a focus on commercial assets.
Responsibilities :
* Support the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of real estate investments across Germany, with a focus on commercial assets
* Conduct market research, financial modeling, and investment analysis
* Prepare investment memoranda and support internal approval processes
* Coordinate due diligence processes and liaise with external advisors
* Monitor existing investments and support asset management where required
Qualifications :
* 3-4 years of professional experience in investment banking, real estate private equity, corporate finance, or a similar field
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related discipline
* Fluency in German and English
Required Skills :
* Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
* Sound understanding of the real estate investment market, ideally with exposure to the German sector
* Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a strong team spirit
