Service Manager Job Description

* Employee management: Manage a 15-strong team in technical and disciplinary terms.
* Service responsibility: Coordinate and monitor ongoing projects and ensure service quality.
* Focus on network technology: Support, further develop, and quality assure network services and infrastructure.
* Regular reviews: Conduct regular service review meetings to review SLAs and KPIs.
* Clear escalation management: Take control of escalations - both internally and with external customers and suppliers.
* ITIL & further development of services: Optimize ITIL-based service processes and systematically develop managed services and network operation processes.
* Presales involvement: Support offer and tender calculations.
* Performance orientation: Monitor service KPIs and continuously develop them further.
