To strengthen our team in Tübingen near Stuttgart, we are currently looking to recruit an
IT Specialist (f/m/d) Laboratory Services
Your Responsibilities:
1. Provide IT services for our laboratories to ensure a highly integrated and efficient use of IT for enabling our laboratories with solutions
2. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure the laboratory IT services enable delivering our digital and data strategy
3. Manage relationships with external service providers for laboratory IT services
4. Troubleshoot and analyze applications, interfaces, and systems
5. Maintain and keep accurate system documentation, end user knowledge base articles, and work tracking logs
6. Further develop and conceptualize specifications and standards
7. Provide regular trainings for users and key users
8. Stay up to date with the latest technologies and apply them to our operations
Your Qualifications:
9. University degree in computer science, information technology or a related field or an equivalent qualification
10. Expertise in laboratory information systems
11. Good knowledge of GxP regulations
12. Experience in a similar role, preferably in the Biotech industry
13. Excellent problem-solving skills
14. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
15. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
16. Fluency in English, intermediate German skills
