Your Mission As a Continuous Improvement Manager , you will play a key role in driving operational excellence across the Group. You will lead the deployment of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize industrial performance, improve production flows, reduce waste, and support sustainable continuous improvement initiatives. You will also act as a change agent by coaching teams, leading transformation projects, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement across departments and international sites. Your Responsibilities Lean Manufacturing Deployment Coordinate and support Lean Manufacturing initiatives at Group level Drive the implementation and monitoring of OEE Identify and reduce operational waste Implement and optimize KANBAN systems Facilitate Value Stream Mapping workshops Lead Lean Material Flow improvement initiatives Implement One-Piece-Flow using Work Balancing methodologies Promote continuous improvement best practices across production environments Six Sigma Deployment Deliver internal Green Belt training sessions Coach and support Green Belts in project execution Lead Six Sigma projects from identification to implementation Ensure measurable performance improvements through data-driven methodologies Change Management
