About the position
Dometic is a global market leader in the mobile living industry. Millions of people around the world use Dometic products in outdoor, residential, and professional applications. We are on a growth journey – now looking for a Field Sales Representative being responsible for our Standalone sub-segment in whole Germany.
We are looking for a field sales manager for the German market with focus on the Outdoor customer channel. The primary target will be to introduce the new Kampa 2026 brand relaunch assortment in Germany. Target customers like Globetrotter, Sport 2000 etc.
Your main responsibilities
* Formulate & implement strategies to build a Kampa dealer network and reach the expected sales targets by pitching sales and products to new and existing clients
* Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients. Build relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs
* Attend exhibitions and events to expand the business and build relationships with industry partners
* Possess a strong understanding of the company's products, the competition in the industry and positioning
* Create sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them
